GAO releases report on prepositioning of U.S. international food aid

The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) released a report titled “International Food Aid: Prepositioning Speeds Delivery of Emergency Aid, but Additional Monitoring of Time Frames and Costs Is Needed,” which examines the effect of prepositioning U.S. international food aid in areas with historically high need on delivery time and costs.
