Nirmita Panchal was a Policy Analyst for the Health Care Marketplace Project at the Kaiser Family Foundation. Her work focused on researching and analyzing trends in the private health insurance market. Recent project contributions include the Health Care Costs Primer and the annual Employer Health Benefits Survey. Nirmita obtained a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Health Policy from the George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services. While working towards this degree, she interned at the District of Columbia Department of Health and worked as a Program Associate for the Washington AIDS Partnership.
