The latest issue of the Financial Times’ weekly global health newsletter provides highlights from the World Health Assembly, which took place last week, and features an interview with Matshidiso Moeti, WHO regional director for Africa, about top priorities for the region, the WHO’s decision to not declare Ebola in the Democratic Republic of the Congo a public health emergency, and how the region has addressed criticisms of management appointments.
