Aidspan, an independent watchdog of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, published Issue 343 of the ‘Global Fund Observer.’ The newsletter includes articles on various topics, including a news article on the Global Fund’s announcement that it will donate $5 million to Venezuela for HIV treatment, a news article on the U.N.
