On July 7, 2010, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Global Health Policy Center and the Kaiser Family Foundation held a forum with key officials and experts to assess the outcomes of the June 25-27 Group of Eight (G8) and the Group of 20 (G20) Summits held in Canada.

The session examined the Canadian-led maternal and child health initiative, the Muskoka Accountability Report tracking G8 member performance in meeting past commitments, and action on food security and related development issues.

At the briefing, the Foundation released a report examing Donor Funding for Health in Low- and Middle-Income Countries from 2001 to 2008.
