Joint Analysis Examines Trump Administration’s FY18 Budget Blueprint, Implications For U.S. Development Aid

Scott Morris, senior fellow and director of the U.S. Development Policy Initiative at CGD, and Isaac Shapiro, senior fellow at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, discuss a joint analysis on the Trump administration’s FY18 budget blueprint released in March. Unfortunately, the president’s budget is a big step in the wrong direction” (5/19).
