Washington Post: Alzheimer’s grows on global scale as world societies age
“…The World Alzheimer’s Report — which was compiled by Alzheimer’s Disease International, a U.K.-based federation of national Alzheimer’s associations — estimates that 46.8 million people worldwide have dementia.
