But unless efforts are made to implement them early, consistently, and increasingly, the HIV/AIDS epidemic will go the way of the disease itself” (7/18).

“The World Health Organization is flagging four key challenges as the international community meets at the International AIDS Conference in Durban, South Africa, from 18-22 July 2016.
