“…[Some e]xperts say that some aspects of the [Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP)] — signed by the United States and 11 other Pacific Rim countries representing two-fifths of the global economy — could harm public health. A major concern is intellectual property (IP) rights for drugs. … The TPP’s ultimate fate is not decided.
