Secretary Kerry provides remarks at Third International Conference on Family Planning
Secretary of State Kerry provided video remarks to the Third International Conference on Family Planning in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In his remarks, Secretary Kerry stated, among other things, that the “United States and our partners must continue our life-saving work to advocate for sexual health and reproductive rights. That includes universal access to voluntary family planning.”
