Foreign Aid Transparency and Accountability Act introduced in House
Representatives Ted Poe (R-TX, 2nd) and Gerry Connolly (D-VA, 11th) introduced the “Foreign Aid Transparency and Accountability Act of 2013” (H.R. 2638), which would establish guidelines for the monitoring and evaluation of U.S. foreign assistance programs. The bill would also codify and expand upon the foreign assistance information currently being provided through ForeignAssistance.gov.
