Writing in the Center for Global Development’s (CGD) “Global Health Policy” blog, CGD researchers Victoria Fan and Rachel Silverman describe a new policy paper that attempts to answer the questions, “Where does scarce PEPFAR funding go? Which countries and implementers receive the bulk of PEPFAR funds?
