VOA News: Liberia’s Sirleaf Tackles One of Africa’s Highest Maternal Death Rates
“Upon assuming the presidency in 2006, Liberia’s Ellen Johnson Sirleaf promised to tackle many national problems made worse by a decade of civil war.
