This fact sheet provides an overview of state AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs) based on data from the April 2007 National ADAP Monitoring Project Annual Report. ADAPs, part of the Ryan White Program, provide HIV/AIDS-related prescription drugs to low-income, uninsured and underinsured individuals living with HIV/AIDS. ADAPs operate in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories and associated jurisdictions.
