This fact sheet, an update of the March 2000 version, provides an overview of state AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs) based on data from the National ADAP Monitoring Project. ADAPs provide HIV/AIDS-related prescription drugs to uninsured and underinsured individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.
