This report is produced through an effort known as the National ADAP Monitoring Project, sponsored by the Kaiser Family Foundation, which provides the most up-to-date information on the fiscal, administrative and programmatic status of the 52 state AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs). This third report in the series surveys state ADAP programs on trends in client utilization, program expenditures, program budget, program eligibility, and response to new treatments. The survey of state ADAP programs was conducted by NASTAD and ATDN. For more information on the series see the National ADAP Monitoring Project page.
